Universal access to information

September 28 marks World Data Access Day, which was established by UNESCO in 2015. On this day, various events are organized in the interests of UNESCO with the vital interest of representatives of states that are private entities of UNESCO. , as well as charities and the media, who are working together to create standards for better use of data rights law. Broad access to data means that everyone has the right to search, receive and share data. The media plays a vital role in informing the public on issues of interest, but it also depends on the ability to seek and receive information. Thus, the right to comprehensive access to data is further linked to the right to press facilities.

In the modern world, data is one of the most important resources and at the same time one of the driving forces in the development of human society. The word data comes from the Latin. the words informationatio, which means “presentation”. In the Russian dialect it spread in the era of Dwindle I, who, in turn, borrowed it in the meaning of “information about someone or something.” Data is data that is seen by society or a gadget and communicated (transmitted, modified, discovered, etc.) using signs.
