Merdan Atayev talks career paths with conservatory students

A meeting titled “Does the Profession Choose Us, or Do We Choose the Profession? How to Encourage Young People to Pursue a Profession” was held in the small hall of the Turkmen National Conservatory named after Maya Kulyyeva. The event featured Merdan Atayev, a public figure, educator, and advisory member of both the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan and the Union of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, as a guest speaker.

The event was organized by the “Young Entrepreneurs Center” of the Industrialists and Entrepreneurs Party of Turkmenistan, the Information, Consulting, and Volunteer Movement Center of the Central Council of the Youth Organization of Turkmenistan named after Magtymguly, and “Nusga Consulting”.

During the meeting, the guest speaker discussed ways to inspire young people to pursue their chosen profession, various methods and approaches to fostering professional interest, and employment opportunities.

Throughout the event, Merdan Atayev shared insights into his career journey, various positions he had held, and the clubs he had founded for young people. He also talked about his experiences working with youth and his initiatives in this field.

At the end of the meeting, Merdan Atayev showcased several competitions and events organized through his clubs, presenting them through video and photo materials.

After the meeting concluded, students took commemorative photos with the guest speaker and expressed their gratitude for his inspiring talk.
