As part of Turkmenistan’s commitment to advancing its educational sector, a delegation of teachers and specialists from Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute recently concluded a business trip to France. The visit, which took place from November 20 to 27, 2024, aimed to study cutting-edge technologies in artificial intelligence (AI), information security, and digital innovations, with a focus on their application in education.
The initiative reflects the strategic vision of President of Turkmenistan, Hero Arkadag Serdar, in strengthening international cooperation with leading global universities and research institutions. This aligns with the nation’s broader goal of fostering innovation and technological advancement in its educational system.
During their visit, the Turkmen delegation toured prominent French institutions, including Paris Sorbonne University, Paris Cité University, and the American Business School of Paris. These visits provided valuable insights into the organization of educational processes, the integration of AI in teaching, and the use of advanced technologies such as 3D modeling and robotics in physics and engineering education.
Discussions with French counterparts highlighted the potential of AI-driven personalized learning models and modern methods of monitoring educational outcomes. The delegation also explored the latest advancements in artificial art—a fusion of art and technology—and its role in enhancing online education platforms.
One of the key objectives of the visit was to gather information on state-of-the-art laboratory equipment for the new building of the Seyitnazar Seydi Turkmen State Pedagogical Institute. This equipment will meet international standards and support the development of highly qualified specialists capable of working with foreign technologies.
The knowledge and experience gained from this visit are expected to contribute to the ongoing modernization of Turkmenistan’s education sector. It will also help strengthen the international reputation of the country in the digital era under the leadership of Hero Arkadag and Hero Arkadag Serdar.
