A ceremony was held on July 24, 2024, at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan to award special certificates from the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan and the Institute of International Relations to students who completed the second stage of the “Diplomatic Protocol” specialized training center.
The short-term training program, which began on June 1, 2024, saw 15 trainees successfully complete the specialized training center. Over the course of two months, the participants received lessons from experts at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan and experienced diplomats.
The presence of the “Diplomatic Protocol” specialized training center at the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan has significantly contributed to the institution’s research and intellectual capabilities, highlighting its role as a leading center of higher education.
