The winners of the young scientists recently announced. The awarding ceremony of the winners was held at Magtymguly Turkmen State University. Scientists of scientific research institutes, departmental institutions and industrial associations of the country, teachers and students of higher educational institutions, students of secondary schools, as well as young people of various professions who are interested in scientific work participated in the award ceremony.
As we know, the competition is held every year on the occasion of June 12, the Day of Science, jointly organized by the Youth Organization named after Magtymguly.
At the opening of the event, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov’s Congratulation to the winners of the scientific competition among the youth of Turkmenistan was read.
The participants competed in these fields like nanotechnologies, chemical technologies, research of new materials and energy; biotechnology, molecular biology, agriculture, ecology and genetics; information and communication systems, computer technologies; modern medical and drug production technologies; innovative economy.
A total of 107 young scientists were selected as winners of the competition. The winners were awarded certificates and valuable gifts on behalf of the honorable President of Turkmenistan.
Also, during the ceremony, there was an awarding ceremony of winners of international competitions.
In addition, an exhibition of scientific projects prepared by students of higher education institutions and schoolchildren was organized in the hall of Magtymguly Turkmen State University.
