Alberk Poultry Processing Equipment Meets HSTU Students at Türkiye Export Goods Exhibition.
Ashgabat hosted the Türkiye Export Goods Exhibition, aimed at strengthening trade and industrial cooperation between Turkmenistan and Türkiye.
As part of the program, students of the International University of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs (HSTU) met with representatives of Alberk Poultry Processing Equipment, a Turkish manufacturer specializing in automated poultry processing systems.
The session was led by Nihat Çelik, General Manager and Chairman of the Board of Alberk. He introduced the company’s activities and global projects in poultry slaughterhouse and processing technologies.
Founded in 1995, Alberk produces complete turnkey systems for chicken and turkey processing plants. Its equipment includes overhead conveyor chains and poultry hangers, killing and defeathering systems, automatic evisceration lines, chilling systems, cut-up and portioning units, and packaging solutions. The company exports its machinery to more than 30 countries.
During the meeting, students learned about modern automation, hygiene standards, and export requirements in the food processing industry. The exibition provided a valuable platform for dialogue between industry professionals and future engineers.
