New Madrasah for 100 students is planned to be built within the complex of the new Ahal provincial masjid located in Arkadag city.
On Friday, a delegation consisting of members of religious organizations, state entities, and representatives of the diplomatic mission attended the ceremony of foundation laying for Ahal provincial masjid in Arkadag city.
Rustam Minnikhanov, President of the Republic of Tatarstan was the guest of honor at the event. He is currently on a working trip to Turkmenistan.
Masjid has a prayer area for 15 thousand worshipers, and the capacity to receive 1500 guests at the sadaka (donation dining) area.
