Turkmenistan and China agree to create a Luban Workshop through a signed memorandum

On October 18, in Xi’an, China, the Yagshygeldi Kakayev International Oil and Gas University and four Chinese organizations signed a Memorandum of Understanding to establish a Luban Workshop in Turkmenistan.

The workshop aims to train specialists in innovative technologies. This initiative was mentioned in the Joint Statement signed by the Presidents of Turkmenistan and China in January 2023.

During their visit, the Turkmen delegation also discussed plans for joint activities under the “Luban Workshop” project, including training programs and necessary equipment.

The Luban Workshop system, originating in China, now operates in over twenty countries and serves as a platform for international exchange and cooperation in science and professional education.
