The event brought together government officials, diplomats, international organizations, financial institutions, and business representatives from Central Asia, the Middle East, the Asia-Pacific region, and Europe.
The conference featured thematic sessions on energy, transport, and infrastructure projects, including discussions on the Turkmenistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan–India (TAPI) gas pipeline and the Turkmenistan–Afghanistan–Pakistan electricity transmission line. Participants explored ways to expand trade, investment, and industrial cooperation, recognizing Turkmenistan’s key role in regional economic development.
The conference underscored Turkmenistan’s strategic role in fostering regional connectivity through large-scale projects that enhance economic stability and cooperation. Participants highlighted the historical significance of Central Asia as a hub for trade and exchange, drawing parallels to the Silk Road era. The discussions reaffirmed the necessity of joint efforts in energy security, infrastructure expansion, and investment growth to promote sustainable development and long-term prosperity in the region.
