Following the noble traditions, the President of Turkmenistan signed the Decree on pardoning the sins of 463 detainees who were sentenced to death for committing a crime on the occasion of the Blessed Qadr Night.
The Turkmen leader gave instructions to the Secretary of the State Security Council, the Minister of Defense B. Gundogdiyev, together with the heads of law enforcement agencies, to release the convicted from custody and to carry out all the necessary work so that they can go to their homes and family members soon.
