Ashgabat is going to host international tennis tournament Davis Cup on June 8-15, 2020.
With special decree President Berdimuhamedov has authorized Ministry of Sport and Youth Policy to cooperate with the Tennis Federation of Turkmenistan and the International Tennis Federation in organizing the event.
17 countries are participating in the event which will be held at Ashgabat Olympic Village. Winner will proceed to the next (third) stage of Davis Cup to qualify in 2021.
