Turkmen-Iranian exhibition of decorative-applied and mosaic arts

The exhibition of decorative-applied and mosaic arts of Turkmenistan and the Islamic Republic of Iran was opened in Mary velayat. About this reports Turkmenistan Golden age.

The current event is the next part of a discussion between neighboring countries. This discussion is for peace, development, and prosperity for our people. It is also important for future areas of progress. The group from IRI included people who work with art, national crafts, mosaics, and decorative and applied arts.

Turkmen traditional music played by musicians added lively national colors to the happy atmosphere of the exhibition. In the evening, people in Mary were invited to the Kemine state drama theatre for a concert with music groups from two countries.

People in the creative activity learned about the history of studying ancient Parthian monuments, saw what archaeologists found in the museum, and found out about new discoveries that show how important these objects are and need more research.
