On May 31, 2023, the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan opened in Yerevan, the capital of the Republic of Armenia. This is reported by the State News Agency of Turkmenistan. The opening ceremony of this holiday took place in the large concert hall named after Aram Khachaturian in Yerevan. The event was attended by representatives of Armenian culture and art, historians, art critics and media representatives.
Within the framework of the Days of Culture, a mutual meeting of the ministers of culture of the two countries took place. During the meeting, an agreement was reached between the two countries on the development of cultural ties between the two countries in 2023-2025. This event is of great importance in expanding the interaction of traditions, arts and cultures of the two fraternal peoples, formed many millennia ago, and in the further development of cultural and humanitarian cooperation between the two countries.
