Sport is probably as old as the humanity itself. It has been developing with the developing and growth of the mankind. To my mind we can hardly overestimate the meaning of sport in our life and day-to-day activities, because its main purpose is to bring up the harmoniously developed generation – the generation of strong and healthy people. Sport makes our bodies strong, quickens our reaction, and shapes the wits. It also prevents us from getting too fat, gives us so valuable practice in making eyes, brain and muscles work together and makes us more self-organized and better disciplined. I’m absolutely sure that doing sports is the best way to keep fit. There is always a kind of sport which will suit you and there are many different kinds to choose from. If you like team games, try hockey, football, volleyball or basketball. Games for you to play with a friend include badminton, squash and tennis, and if you enjoy doing things on your own, you may take up swimming, riding, golf or athletics.
5 Tips for a Healthy Lifestyle
1. Drink Plenty of Water
The first of many tips for a healthy lifestyle is drinking plenty of water! Your body is mainly made up of water or other liquids that are used to regulate and promote proper function throughout your body. It also helps you maintain regular energy levels throughout your day as well as regulate your metabolism.
2. Get 6-8 Hours of Sleep
Sleep is VITAL to your wellbeing and your success, we need more sleep to make sure we are at our peak performance level. You can think of it like a phone, you can’t expect it to do anything if its battery is completely drained.
3. Eat Whole Foods/Meal Prep
Meal prepping is boring and may seem like a waste of a couple hours but save your time, learn how to meal prep on the weekend. Try to stop to eat fast food!
4. Exercise Regularly
By exercising you are causing the release of a ton of hormones in your body that allow you to keep pushing forward. Afterwards, your body goes through a correctional period where it tries to readjust after a strenuous workout. By doing this, you are allowing the body to have a better grip over your hormones, leading to decreased stress and an increased mood. Another benefit of physical exercise is improvement of your mindset and getting a boost in confidence.
5. Develop a Consistent Routine
You need to get really good at time management and develop a consistent daily routine. When it comes to developing a daily routine, there is no “one size fits all” routine. By blocking your time into specific sections, you allow for better organization. That way you don’t end up working till 2am every night feeling like you are behind.
Your health really does equal your wealth. Live a happier and more fulfilled life by doing so as well, keep these tips for a healthy lifestyle in mind and you’ll escalate your health and business.
Currently, in Turkmenistan, sport has become one of the priority vectors of social development.
Following the slogan “Turkmenistan is a country of health and enthusiasm” more and more people of different ages are joining regular physical culture activities and sports. The starting point for its active phase began from 2007, when Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov was elected to the post of the President of Turkmenistan to reform all spheres of state structure and society, including sports. In order to promote the initiatives and policies of the President of Turkmenistan in the field of sports at the international level, as well as coordinate the activities of relevant departments and diplomatic missions of the country in this direction, the Department of International Sports Cooperation was established in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan in 2012 by the Resolution of the President of Turkmenistan. It enabled to broaden the interaction on the issues of the development of sport with the UN, UNESCO, the World Health Organization, the International Olympic Committee, and the Olympic Council of Asia, as well as other international and regional sports organizations through the mechanism of sports diplomacy. In the concept of international sports cooperation, Turkmenistan imposes a high humanistic meaning and directly relates it to the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals by 2030. Since that time the development of physical culture and sports in the country, the achievement of a healthy lifestyle due to a harmonious combination of the spiritual and physical potential of a man, and the expansion of international sports cooperation have become one of the priorities of state policy. In the course of implementing this policy, multifunctional stadiums, sports and recreation complexes, race courses, sports schools and other sports facilities have been built in all regions of the country. The method of training sportsmen and specialists, the practice of holding sports competitions began to improve in the country; Turkmen sportsmen began to actively participate in foreign competitions. Cycling has become very popular in the country, we can add that the organization of bike rides on occasion of national holidays and significant dates has become a good tradition. The World Bicycle Day was established in 2018 in accordance with the Resolution of the UN General Assembly at the initiative of Turkmenistan. Our country received the honorary right to host the 2021 World Track Cycling Championships
The Ashgabat Olympic Town will host the competitions of cyclists. Turkmen athletes are preparing intensively for the tournament. The Cycling Federation of Turkmenistan conducts on-line meetings on a regular basis with representatives of the International Cycling Union, using the GoToMeeting app. In addition, direct communication with President of the International Cycling Union (UCI) David Lappartient has been established. May the life of our esteemed President, who has enhanced the prestige of our country, done a great job for the health of society, peace, friendship and mutual trust throughout the world, be long and prosperous!
