Recently, the opening ceremony of the Days of Culture Turkmenistan were held. It happened at the Uzbekistan Council Palace in Tashkent, which is a city in the Republic of Uzbekistan. The beginning event showed Turkmen carpets, art, and jewelry. There was also a special concert by talented Turkmen artists.
The event was attended by the leaders of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, representatives from other countries’ diplomacy, members of the public, and the Turkmen community living abroad.
As part of celebrating the Days of Culture, the Union of Writers of Uzbekistan organized a special event for poets and writers from two countries.
Recently, there was a conference held in the city of Bukhara called “Heavenly Elegance – Turkmen Carpet” and the opening of the National Museum of Turkmen Carpets.
That day, the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan in Uzbekistan ended with a concert. Artists from both countries performed together at the Bukhara Youth Centre.
