On December 24, 2022, at the Institute of International Relations of Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan training sessions have been held with the participation of Hero of Turkmenistan, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations, doctor of Medical Sciences Aksoltan Atayeva Torayevna.
The winners of intellectual competition “Young messengers of peace” and school students who are members of “School of Young diplomats” took part in the first session. Moreover, school students from different parts of the country attended in this session through online using capability of digital system.
During the first session, the Ambassador talked about the experience gained within the framework of Turkmen diplomacy, the current state of Turkmenistan’s cooperation with the United Nations’ main organs and programs, and the tasks that have been set for further development of bilateral relations.
In the course of the session, the Hero of Turkmenistan, Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary Ambassador and Permanent Representative of Turkmenistan to the United Nations, Doctor of Medical sciences Aksoltan Atayeva Torayevna underlined the work, which is carried out by UN aimed at achieving Sustainable Development Goals and its results, as well as Turkmenistan’s cooperation with the UN in this regard.
