As reported by state-owned TDH new agency, President Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov sent New Year gifts for Mekan Annayev, first-born baby of Turkmenistan. He was born Scientific Research Center for Maternal and Child Health Care located in Ashgabat.
Mekan was born in first minutes of the year 2020. Baby’s weight at birth was 3 kg 620 gr and height was 52 cm .
