Representatives from Turkmen universities discussed the topic of KPI

Representatives from higher educational institutions in Turkmenistan participated in an online seminar on key performance indicators (KPI). The seminar was organized by the Turkmen State Institute of Economics and Management with the support of the Ministry of Education. About this report Golden Age of Turkmenistan.

The attendees included management representatives, faculty, and university students. The online conference provided a platform for detailed discussions and sharing of experiences regarding the use of modern software in management activities, with a focus on creating a management model based on KPIs (key performance indicators).

KPIs are numerical indicators that help measure the level of goal achievement and process optimization, specifically focusing on effectiveness and efficiency. The seminar highlighted the significance of KPIs as essential tools for tracking and evaluating an organization’s progress in achieving strategic goals. These indicators are determined based on the implementation of specific tasks, strategies, and business plans.

Participants gained extensive knowledge about KPIs and learned about effective methods for incorporating them into management activities.
