The Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan has an important role in the epoch of the Revıval of the new era of a Powerful state, as it contains the entire meaning of our state policy, and in legally forming all aspects of strengthening statehood, and in establishing the organizational and legal foundations of all stages of the development of the state and society.
The Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan is based on the norms specific to the nationality of the Turkmen people, based on the noble traditions of improving the principles of wisdom bequeathed to our generations by our ancestors, solving the most important political, economic, and life issues through consultation and following generally recognized democratic principles. The significance of the management decisions of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan in the implementation of the “Revival of a new era of a Powerful state: the National program of social-economic development of Turkmenistan in 2022-2052” and the “Program of the President of Turkmenistan’s social-economic development in 2022-2028” is great.
Recently, on July 18, historical decisions were made at the meeting of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan held under the leadership of the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Hero Arkadag. During the meeting, issues related to the preparation for the 32nd anniversary of independence and the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, as well as the tasks to be performed in the comprehensive meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan held by the President of Turkmenistan on July 14, were discussed, as well as relevant management solutions accepted. Also, at this meeting, the decisions of the Presidium of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan “On convening and organizing the meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan”, “On the Yashulylar Maslahaty of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan” were adopted and the Yashulylar Maslahaty of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan was established. It should be noted with pride that the adopted historical decisions will be of great importance in improving the political and legal foundations of the administrative system.
It is the sacred duty of turkmen people to base the history of the creation of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, which is a solid foundation of statehood, unity, well-being, and prosperity, the diversity of its activities, its political and social importance, legal foundations, and conduct propaganda events and meetings.
