During a meeting of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan, the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, emphasized the key initiatives for implementing the state youth policy. These include increasing the number of preschools and secondary schools, improving support for children with disabilities, enhancing teacher qualifications, and developing advanced methodologies for educational and industrial collaboration in higher education institutions. Additionally, there was emphasis on the importance of preserving monuments of significant figures to instill pride in national values, customs, and traditions among the younger generation. The National Leader also highlighted the significance of in-depth study and scientific substantiation based on a new theory of culture, literature, and the illustrious history of Turkmenistan.
Furthermore, there was a focus on strengthening the position of the city of Arkadag as a global center of science and education, with plans to establish an international research center for the promotion and exploration of Turkmenistan’s ancient, medieval, modern, and contemporary history, as well as its archaeological and architectural monuments, and the ongoing state policies.
