The city of Arkadag is hosting participants for Culture Week

The second day of Culture Week was filled with large-scale cultural events aimed at contributing to the dynamic development of Turkmen culture, art, and literature. The state demonstrated special concern for the harmonious development of the younger generation by creating music and art centers, special creative schools, and recreational facilities throughout the country. Children’s national and international creative competitions and festivals provided a platform for young talents to express themselves.

A vibrant children’s holiday at the Children’s Art School named after Shukur Bagshy in the city of Arkadag showcased the talents of young artists and reflected the inexhaustible source of national talents. The performances expressed love for the Motherland and gratitude to the President for the opportunity to showcase their talents.

A creative evening titled “Arkadag şäheri – bagtyň şäheri” at the State Drama Theatre named after Aman Gulmammedov brought together established and aspiring poets from all over the country. This gathering aimed to exchange experiences and enhance professionalism and paid tribute to the genius of Magtymguly Fragi, emphasizing his significant contributions to the Turkmen cultural and spiritual heritage.

The participants also expressed gratitude to President Serdar Berdimuhamedov for popularizing the legacy of the Turkmen poet worldwide. The evening featured poetic works by modern authors alongside recitations of Fragi’s poems.

The day’s events concluded with a grand concert at the State Drama Theatre named after Aman Gulmammedov, featuring performances by artists from the regions as well as the cities of Ashgabat and Arkadag.
