Being one of the spiritual pillars of the Turkmens, Magtymguly Fragi occupies a worthy place in the life and educational schools of our people. The poet’s work is a national school of the spiritual world of the Turkmen people, a deep literary heritage, and a unique living culture that educates the younger generation on high moral principles. From this point of view, adopting the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Cultural Heritage of Magtymguly Fragi” is of great importance.
The new law consists of Chapter IV, 18 articles, which spell out the legal basis for improving the system of collection, scientific study, preservation, protection, study, and promotion of the cultural heritage of the great philosopher and poet of the East Magtymguly Fragi, the world of wisdom. In this context, outgoing relations are regulated.
As you know, 2024 is the year of the “Treasury of the Mind of Magtymguly Fragi”. This slogan means that the proud work carried out to increase the glory of our sage worldwide continues on a large scale. In this regard, based on the new law, the cultural heritage of Magtymguly Fragi is recognized as a national cultural value and spiritual heritage of the state and the Turkmen people. The adoption of the Law of Turkmenistan “On the Cultural Heritage of Magtymguly Fragi” is a clear statement on the protection of the cultural heritage of Magtymguly Fragi by the state.
