More than a dozen companies and individual enterprises from various sectors of Turkmenistan’s non-state economy are planning to take part in an international forum to attract foreign investments in Turkmenistan’s energy sector (TEIF-2024). The event is scheduled to be held in Paris on April 24-25, 2024.
According to official Turkmen media, several entities have applied to participate in a forum. These entities include Inžener çözgütleri, which is one of the largest construction and engineering companies in Turkmenistan, specializing in oil and gas, industrial, and energy construction. Eminli Maslahat is another participant, providing transport and logistics services via all modes of transportation, and acting as a customs broker in Turkmenistan. Garagum Hazynasy, a company offering services in the oil and gas and energy sectors, import-export services, and automobile transportation services, is also among the participants. Finally, Meşhur ýol, a company operating in Turkmenistan’s market in the field of transport-expedition and brokerage services, is also set to participate in the forum.
Other private sector entities such as Rysgally gün, Bereketli Ulag, and Ýol tumary are expected to participate in TEIF-2024.
The forum aims to discuss cooperation related to oil and gas exploration, transportation, and processing, renewable energy development, and sustainable energy sector growth.
Turkmenistan’s National Organizations and Ministries, including Türkmengaz (Turkmen Gas) State Concern, the Research Institute of Natural Gas under the State Concern Turkmengaz, Türkmennebit (Turkmen Oil) State Concern, Türkmengeologiýa (Turkmen Geology) State Corporation, Ministry of Finance and Economy of Turkmenistan, Turkmenbashi Complex of Oil Refineries, Türkmenhimiýa (Turkmen Chemicals) State Concern, Ministry of Energy of Turkmenistan, NAPECO, and TAPI Pipeline Company Limited, will be attending a forum. This event will provide potential investors with reliable and comprehensive information about new investment projects. During the forum, participants will discuss these projects in detail.
Various participants such as diplomatic missions, international organizations and companies, national companies, financial institutions and banks, universities and research centers, and media will take part in the international forum on attracting foreign investment in Turkmenistan’s energy sector.
