The Central Asia-Europe Transport Forum will be held in Brussels

Investors and people with interest in the topic will meet at the Global Gateway Forum about making transport better between Central Asia and Europe. It will happen on January 29-30, 2024, in Brussels, Belgium. The European Commission announced this.

The main focus of the Forum is to show a detailed study about roads and routes that can be used for long-term transportation between the European Union and Central Asia. The main goal is to make the Trans-Caspian Transport Corridor better and faster so it can connect Europe and Central Asia in 15 days or less.

The forum is not just for talking, it wants to make a real difference. It tries to start the process of arranging and managing investments along the Trans-Caspian Transport Corridor, using specific actions found in the research.

The event will bring together important people from Central Asian countries, EU Member States, partner nations along the Trans-Caspian Transport Corridor, EU Institutions, international and bilateral financial institutions, as well as people from the private sector and civil society.
