President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, at an extended meeting of the Cabinet of Ministers held at the Rukhyet Palace in Ashgabat, declared 2024 “Ocean of Wisdom of Magtymguly Pyragy” Turkmen media reported.
The Speaker of the Mejlis stated that in the world of the above, a well-thought-out plan to associate the motto of 2024 with the name of Magtymguly Fragi and the poem “Pähim-paýhas ummany Magtymguly Pyragy”, written by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, named Khalk Maslakhaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdyhammedov, as well as the proposal of Halk Maslahaty, representatives public organizations, labor collectives and citizens, the Mejlis prepared a Resolution on the proclamation of 2024 “Ocean of Wisdom of Magtymguly Pyragy”
Emphasising that every new year in the country is followed by announcing a motto and approving an emblem to give it a modern name, Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov approved the proposed motto and logo for the coming year.
During the meeting, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov wholeheartedly congratulated the participants on the upcoming New Year, wishing everyone great success in their work for the sake of further improving the social and living conditions of the population and the comprehensive development of Turkmenistan next year.
