Culture days in honor of International Neutrality Day was held in Moscow

As part of the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan, on December 12, the Moscow House of Nationalities hosted festive events dedicated to the 28th anniversary of the neutrality of Turkmenistan. This was reported by the online publication “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.

The event was organized by the Russian-Turkmen Cultural Center, the Foundation for Promoting Strengthening Friendship of the Peoples of the Caspian States “Caspian Heritage” and the organizing committee of the Moscow art festival “Melodies of Dutar” named after Nury Halmammedov.

As part of the Days of Culture of Turkmenistan, an exhibition of works by Turkmen and Russian artists and an exhibition of books published by Moscow publishing houses for Russian-language schools in Turkmenistan and the CIS countries was held.

An international conference “The neutral status of Turkmenistan is an important security factor in the region of Central Asia and the Caspian Sea” was held. At the end of the program, there was a festive concert of the winners of the VII International Arts Festival “Voice of Dutar” named after Nury Halmammedov.
