On The eve of the celebration of the 28th anniversary of the country’s independence,the President of Turkmenistan signed a decree to pardon 868 convincted citizens who realized their guilt and vowed to promise not to break the law.
Law enforcement agencies were instructed to organize the return of absolved citizens to their homes before Independence Day celebration of Turkmenistan’s 28th anniversary,and khyakim of velayats,etraps and cities and other local govering bodies were instructed to employ stumbled citizens so that they could atone for their selfless and honest work for the good of the Motherland!
