UN Publishes Outcome Documents of International Events Held in Turkmenistan

The United Nations has officially published outcome documents of two major international events held with the participation of Turkmenistan, including them in the official materials of the 80th session of the UN General Assembly and the Security Council. This was reported by Turkmenistan’s Permanent Mission to the UN.

The first document reflects the outcomes of the international conference entitled “The Role of Women in Modern Society: Expanding International Cooperation to Achieve the Sustainable Development Goals.” The document focuses on strengthening the role of women, promoting gender equality, and enhancing international cooperation in achieving the SDGs.

The second document contains the Ashgabat Declaration adopted at the international forum marking the International Year of Peace and Trust 2025, International Neutrality Day, and the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan’s permanent neutrality. The declaration emphasizes the importance of dialogue, mutual trust, and neutrality in promoting peace and stability.

The inclusion of these documents in the UN’s official records demonstrates the high level of international recognition of Turkmenistan’s initiatives and contributes to the advancement of multilateral cooperation.
