Turkmenistan signed several agreements on the export of textile products

Turkmenistan signed several agreements on the export of textile products during the Heimtextil-2026 international exhibition, held from January 13 to 16, 2026, in Frankfurt, Germany.

According to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, the agreements were reached following meetings between the Turkmen delegation led by Minister of Textile Industry Nurmuhammet Orazgeldiyev and foreign partners, business representatives, and buyers.

At the national pavilion, a broad range of cotton-based textile products manufactured by domestic producers was showcased, highlighting the high quality, modern design, and development potential of Turkmenistan’s textile industry.

“Heimtextil” is a leading global platform for textile solutions for residential, hospitality, office, and commercial spaces. In 2026, the exhibition brought together more than 3,000 companies from over 65 countries.
