New residential complexes have officially opened in Ashgabat’s Buzmein district and the Parahat-7/5 neighborhood, according to Turkmenistan’s state media.
In the Buzmein district, two four-story buildings with 32 apartments each and another four-story building housing 48 apartments were put into operation. The new housing is designed to meet modern standards and provide comfortable living conditions for families.
The buildings are equipped with essential engineering systems and transport infrastructure, while apartment layouts emphasize practicality and family comfort. In recognition of their contribution, outstanding construction workers were presented with gifts on behalf of President Serdar Berdimuhamedov.
For the new residents, receiving the apartments became a memorable event on the eve of the New Year. Traditional housewarming ceremonies highlighted national customs alongside contemporary lifestyles.
Meanwhile, residents in Mary also received keys to new apartments, making the occasion a festive New Year’s gift for many families.
