The XXIV universal international exhibition “White City Ashgabat” opened on Saturday at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Turkmenistan. This was reported by Turkmenistan: Golden Age.
The event brings together Turkmen and international companies, ministry and government agency representatives, as well as ambassadors and members of international organizations operating within Turkmenistan.
At the opening ceremony, a congratulatory message from President Serdar Berdimuhamedov was read, in which he expressed confidence that the exhibition and accompanying conference—aimed at showcasing the accomplishments of Ashgabat and promoting international collaboration—would significantly contribute to enhancing the capital’s beauty and advancing its transformation into one of the world’s most attractive and livable cities.
Participants include many international partners from countries such as Russia, China, South Korea, Turkey, and others. Exhibitors are presenting products, innovations, and accomplishments, reflecting a wide range of global advancements.
In addition to showcasing goods and services, the exhibition emphasizes projects focused on environmental sustainability, underscoring Ashgabat’s dedication to becoming a “green” city.
Various sectors, including ministries, domestic entrepreneurs, and foreign companies involved in Ashgabat’s major urban development initiatives, are using the platform to present their progress and contributions.
