As is well known, Turkmenistan and Türkiýe, which are historically close, maintain active cooperation in politics, economy, culture and humanitarian affairs, and science and education, consistently developing their relations in these areas. The mutually beneficial and equal relations between the two friendly countries have been achieved due to a steadily growing desire to deepen high-level cooperation.
On April 25, Minister Yusuf Tekin visited Specialized Secondary School No. 131 in Ashgabat and took part in the closing ceremony of the International Mathematics Olympiad.
During his visit to the school, Minister Tekin familiarized himself closely with the organization of the educational process and the learning conditions of the students. This visit clearly demonstrated the importance of international cooperation between Turkey and Turkmenistan in the field of education and knowledge exchange.
As noted, the fundamental reforms being implemented in the education system of our country aim to improve the quality of education at all levels — from preschool institutions to higher educational establishments — by incorporating both national and advanced international experiences.
From this point of view, creating all necessary conditions to ensure that the younger generation, the future of the state, grows up healthy in body and developed in spirit, and receives a modern education and upbringing from an early age, has become one of the key priorities.
