On November 29, 2024, the closing ceremony of the III International Chemistry Olympiad took place at the Conference Hall of the Main Building of Magtymguly Turkmen State University in Ashgabat. During the event, medals and diplomas were awarded to students from various higher education institutions who achieved outstanding results in the competition.
According to the results of the Olympiad, in the individual category, 65 prize places were determined in Category A, with 13 students securing first place, 20 earning second place, and 32 achieving third place. Moreover, in Category B, 45 prize places were allocated, with 9 students taking first place, 13 second place, and 23 third place.
Team Competition Winners
In addition to the individual awards, the jury determined the winners of the team competition in both Categories A and B. The top-performing teams were selected based on the average scores of the three highest-ranking students from each participating institution.
