CEO of Döwletli Nesibe HJ Proposes Education-Industry Link at TSEMI
Ashgabat, Turkmenistan — Haknazar Haljanov, CEO of Döwletli Nesibe HJ, recently presented an ambitious proposal to enhance national strategies for connecting education with industrial production. Speaking at the Turkmen State Economics and Management Institute (TSEMI), Haljanov outlined his vision to develop practical methodologies that align academic learning with Turkmenistan’s growing industrial needs.
Haljanov’s appearance at TSEMI follows the recent mejlis of Halk Maslahaty on September 24, 2024, which emphasized the importance of strengthening the relationship between education and industry. His proposal called for policies that would directly connect curriculum design with the competencies required in Turkmenistan’s industrial landscape, ensuring that graduates are well-prepared for the workforce.
At the Information Systems department in the Faculty of Management, Haljanov highlighted the role of technology in creating industry-ready graduates. Later, at the Economics Faculty, he elaborated on the economic impact of such initiatives, noting that aligning education with industrial needs would boost the country’s economic productivity.
The conference drew a diverse audience, including students, parents, and representatives from economic, banking, trade, and social sectors, underscoring the widespread support for strategies that integrate practical skills into academic programs.
