«Smart» city has been awarded with 21 International awards

On June 29 of this year, a meeting was held in the newly opened Ruhiyet Palace as part of the opening ceremony of the first stage of the city of Arkadag.

The first city built on the basis of the “Smart” city concept was awarded with a total of 21 international awards. Among them are the respective awards of the Economic Cooperation Organization, the International Organization of Turkish Culture, the Organization of Turkic States, the Commonwealth of Independent States, the Turkic World Association of Engineers and Architects, the United Nations Organization for Industrial Development, the Guinness Book of Records and several other structures and specialized institutions.

It should also be noted that at the beginning of this month Arkadag was given a certificate of participation in the project “Development of sustainable, green, climate-friendly cities with innovative solutions in the region of the Organization for Security and Cooperation in Europe”. All of these confirm that advanced technologies used in the construction of Arkadag, built in the foothills of Kopetdag, digital system capabilities, “smart” and “green” city approaches, ecological and architectural features are highly valued by the world community.
