Turkmen diplomat loyal to her homeland

President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov: “The main directions of the modern development of the world and the role of our country in them are important issues of the path chosen by Turkmenistan for the development of comprehensive and full-fledged international cooperation, its modernity – politics, economy, trade, information, culture, science, education, humanitarian and other  spheres confirms the validity of its active participation”. 

Our first days of entering the Year of Turkmenistan – the Motherland of Peace and Confidence, which gives a unique look at the full-fledged directions of the prosperous period of our sovereign state, are marked by great achievements and new beginnings.  Chynar Rustemova, PhD in Philosophy, as a senior lecturer at the Department of Social Sciences of the Institute of International Relations of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan, shares her extensive experience in training young international specialists while working at the institute.  Our state of Turkmenistan is currently building reliable political, economic, cultural and humanitarian relations not only with neighboring countries, but also with different countries of the world.  In particular, great efforts are being made to establish positive cooperation with the United Nations.  An example of this is the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to China Chynar Tazhiyevna Rustemova.

While at the post of the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan to Tajikistan, China, Mongolia, North Korea and the Socialist Republic of Vietnam, a Turkmen woman is currently working on the development of foreign policy and diplomacy,  good relations between the two countries.  Much attention is paid to establishing and strengthening cooperation with the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO), which plays an important role in international relations.  The Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Turkmenistan Chynar Tazhievna Rustemova as Executive Secretary of the National Commission on Education, Science and Culture of the United Nations Educational, Scientific and Cultural Organization (UNESCO) continues her career in the development of culture and science of diplomacy.

Chynar Rustemova expressed her sincere gratitude to our  to dear Arkadag, assuring her that she will serve our Motherland with all her heart for her great trust in the international community.
