President of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov in his speech in 1st Caspian Economic Forum (CEF-2019) highlighted the importance of “green diplomacy”. This initiative has got support from many international organizations.
Among other the Regional Environmental Centre for Central Asia (CAREC) has taken part in the thematic meetings within the framework of the CEF-2019. CAREC Executive Director Zafar Mahmudov is optimist about outcomes of the event.
