One of the directions in multidimensional growth of Turkmenistan depends on expansion of mutual international cooperation and based on adopting world’s latest technologies in the areas of industry. Fuel energy complex is main component of the country’s industrial structure. Developing the field by diversification, creating production with high technologies specialized in oil and gas refining and manufacturing highly demanded products in the world market is one of the country’s major economic growth directions. Recent years numbers of significant industrial plants serving in energy field have been launched in cooperation with international firms and companies.

This complex is capable of refining 1 billion 785 million m3 of «blue fuel» and producing 600,000 tons of A-92 gasoline matching with «Euro-5» standards, 12,000 tons of diesel, and 115,000 tons of liquefied gas annually. Total investment for the project is equivalent 1,700,000,000 USD. Around 800 additional workplaces will be created after commissioning of the complex.
There are number of certificates rewarded for the plant. Certificate of «World’s first plant producing gasoline from natural gas» by Guiness World Records, certificate of «Ecologically clean technology» by Environmental Protection Fund – US, certificate of «Innovative Technologies» by Swiss University of Technologies.
