In China, the wheat crop was destroyed by the blight

Heavy rains in Henan, China have destroyed the wheat crop.  According to the Chinese farmers, after the rains, the wheat in the land became dry and then the crops were destroyed.  The Minister of Agriculture visited the wheat fields in the region, whose harvests were destroyed due to the blight.  The Minister of Agriculture plans to provide $28 million in aid.  Henan, China’s biggest wheat producer, will be supported by crop losses.  Local farmer: The harvest is booming.  This equates to anxiety.  It was during the period of incessant rains.  Now the soil is dead and the harvesters can’t go to the fields.  It was a real accident, he said.
